How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your actual price depends on your monthly expense volume and the services you need. We'll give you a flat quote after a short conversation about your business.
My books are a mess. Can you fix them?
Yes. We do catch-up work for books that are months or years behind. We'll assess how far back we need to go and give you a project price to get everything current and accurate.
Is there a contract?
No. We work month-to-month. You can cancel anytime if the service is no longer a fit for your business.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure portal for uploads. It takes just a few minutes to set up and we walk you through it during onboarding.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not required. Most of our work is done remotely, which keeps things efficient. If you're local to Northwest Arkansas and prefer to meet face-to-face, we can arrange that.
Do I need QuickBooks?
We work in QBO. If you don't have it yet, we'll help you get set up and make sure it's configured properly for your business.
What do I need to do each month?
Connect your bank feeds and upload any receipts. Maybe 15 minutes of your time. We handle the categorization, reconciliation, and financial reporting from there.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We set up and manage payroll including wage calculations, tax deposits, quarterly filings, and W-2s at year-end.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes, but we prepare your books so your CPA has clean financials at year-end. We do handle sales tax filing as part of our sales tax management service.
How quickly do you respond?
Same day. If you call or email with a question, you'll hear back before the day is over.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days of our first conversation. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move straight into monthly service.
